Your child's education process starts with long before kindergarten. It begins in infancy, when you are developing their foundation with the different stages of their development. Second, the leader must communicate with his/her staff so they know what is expected of them. Third, the leader must have an ability to plan and organize in order to achieve goals efficiently.
