This is the first post. It should be about how to do something, like making toast or taking care of your teeth. If you can't come up with any ideas, just go buy an apple and eat it. What are you waiting for? Get cooking!- The First Post- First post - first post - first post - first post - first post. This is the fifth time I've published this page, and I'm sick of it already. I'm not even sure if I like apples. Come on, people! Show me some life! All this page needs is some pictures of cats and it'll be perfect. Oh, but never mind; the world's probably already got enough pictures of cats. I'm sure I could find something else to write about, though. What? A whole "book" just to write about one apple? How silly. This is the twenty-first century! You can't write about one thing for that long without being accused of rambling. Okay... ... I don't have any ideas. Hey, it's OK. I've got some more time on my hands. I'll just stretch this out a little bit longer and make it... ... a novel! Yep, that'll work. And since you all want to know, the book is called "Paying Attention". It's about three teenagers who buy an apple and go on a quest to find out how many ways there are to eat an apple: in one bite, in two bites, in three bites and so on until the reader wonders what they're actually doing. It's set in a fictional nation called "Walden", which happens to be located near... where exactly? Honestly, you wouldn't believe me if I told you. Anyway, the three teenagers are named "Terrence", "Amber" and "Gilbert". They're traveling across the country in a small airplane called The Argo, which is probably named after that guy in Greek mythology who sailed to find the Golden Fleece. You know what? I think I'm fairly certain that there's no way I can make this novel-routine work. Oh well... I'll just go back to writing about one apple. What are you laughing at? It was an honest mistake! The second post - second post - second post - second post - second post. What...? This is the second post? I already wrote about one apple. And I don't want to write about another one, either! But there are people out there who are interested in noticing things, and then checking to see whether or not they were noticed. People like that are called "Bloggers" or "Commenters" for short.
